Korean Festival Day - 27 Sept

On the 27th September 2025, hepatitis B free (Melissa, Alice and David) attended in Korean community festival. An annual event (held at Burwood park), attended to by locals in Burwood celebrated the Korean community, our food and customs. Dances were performed, food and drinks as well as community programs showcased our activities.

Partnering with Mina Kim from Hepatitis NSW, awareness on hepatitis B was shared with the local community both Korean and non Korean. A large number of multilanguage resources were shared, a short quiz with a prize at the completion continued to demonstrate a lack of general awareness on hepatitis B.
